What hobbies or interests have you got?
Are they adaptable to time and changing abilities, interests and people who you may need to do them with?
What skills do they involve? Mental acuity eg Bridge / other card or board games; activities - physical strength and balance and dexterity, Competition - requires emotional agility too!
These are all important areas to work on regularly and you get bonus points of they involve other people too as you get the social camaraderie at the same time.
Looking to the future can be taxing, we are not trained to stop doing something, esp if we love it.
